ResourceCo clients in Adelaide’s southern suburbs will be able to take advantage of a full circle service solution with the establishment of Southern Waste ResourceCo (SWR).
The facility offers our clients packaged solutions, via a complete end of life option after the extraction of all reusable and recyclable materials has been undertaken through ResourceCo’s suite of services.
The joint venture between ResourceCo and the Southern Waste Depot will provide an expanded range of services to industry incorporating ResourceCo’s established recycling business and Southern Waste’s complete disposal option for residual materials and waste needing treatment.
Southern Waste ResourceCo provides a full range of services including material supply, storage and treatment options to aid site remediation projects, and final disposal for non-recyclable waste in its recently completed double lined cell.
The Southern Waste ResourceCo facility is located at the corner of South Road and Tatachilla Road at McLaren Vale. First opened in 1993, the site is a major recycling facility and operates general landfill activities. The Southern Waste ResourceCo site contains the first lined landfill cell and treatment facility in South Australia and provides leading edge, environmentally responsible disposal options.
